Athlete Development

Year-Round Schedule

Our year is split into four quarterly seasons and runs August through July . Each season consists of at least one primary sport an athlete can participate in, as well as a secondary sport.

Primary Sport

Year-Round Schedule

The primary sport is the sport that is currently in league or competition season. This sport will be practiced weekly with weekly competition as well. While other sports may be practiced during that season, the primary sport is the focus.

Some Sundays, coaches may offer additional training to enhance or tutor your athlete in their current discipline. This will be by invite only unless an open to all message is sent out. At times, a guest trainer may provide training as a trial for services. This is an excellent time to see what you can get from our amazingly skilled trainers and coaches on staff when you have one on one and small group opportunities which you get at a discounted rate as members.

Level Up Training

Our primary sport will be participating in regularly scheduled competitions; typically on Saturdays. This may be through a league or association.

Tournament Teams

Our tournaments teams will be made up of our hardest working athletes. Teams will be formed by invite or try-out only.

Enhanced Development

One-on-One Training

Families may request one-on-one coaching sessions with any of our coaching staff. Sessions include warm up, workout and cool down activities. Speak with our Athletic Director for pricing and availability.

Small Group Sessions

Coaches may offer or families can schedule small group training. You may request a small group session for groups of three or more for training. Speak with our Athletic Director for pricing and availability.

Camps & Clinics

Throughout the year and during the summer months, we will offer various camps and clinics with a focus on a specific sport in partnership with professional athletes and mentors from the community. NX Level members can attend for a discounted rate.
