Our year is split into four quarterly seasons and runs August 1st to July 31st. Each quarter consists of at least one primary sport an athlete can participate in, as well as a secondary sport.
The primary sport is the sport that is currently in league or competition season. This sport will be practiced two times per week.
This sport will be practiced one day per week. Though tournaments can and will be scheduled throughout the year, typically, our secondary sport will be focused on tournament preparedness.

Every Sunday, we will offer speed and agility training. This may be by coach recommendation or choice. In order to attend a level up Sunday, you must sign up by midnight the Friday before.
Our primary sport will be participating in regularly scheduled competitions; typically on Saturdays. This may be through a league or association.
Our tournaments teams will be made up of our hardest working athletes. Teams will be formed by invite or try-out only. Tournament team participation is for NX Level members only.
Families may request one-on-one coaching sessions with any of our coaching staff. Sessions include warm up, workout and cool down activities. Speak with our Athletic Director for pricing and availability.
Coaches may offer or families can schedule small group training. You may request a small group session for groups of three or more for training. Speak with our Athletic Director for pricing and availability.
Throughout the year and during the summer months, we will offer various camps and clinics with a focus on a specific sport in partnership with professional athletes and mentors from the community. NX Level members can attend for a discounted rate.
NX Level AthletX has an in house Athlete Health Specialist. Aysia can provide meal plans and performance assessments for athletes who sign up to work with her. NX Level members can take advantage of these services at a discounted rate.
